For information, we do not cover tables and tablecloths for the DJ, the urn, gifts or other tables, we can however, upon consultation, offer you a package for these.
Any finding on site of a tablecloth not intended for the meal may be invoiced.
Provided settlement :
In order to allow us to consider your meal as reserved for the date you wish and to take all the interest and care necessary for the successful execution of your evening,a check or deposit transfer of at least 35% (non-refundable)upon reservation, accompanied by a copy of the quoteSIGNED with the words “GOOD FOR AGREEMENT”.
Two weeks before the date of receipt, the number of meals ordered will serve asminimum basis for our billing.
The balance is payable in cash one week before the scheduled date of the event by any means (CB, CHQ, Transfer).
